Coffee Cat

After 18 years in the café industry you would certainly have seen your fair share of changes. But one thing never changes and that is to be a successful café you will need to provide good food that looks great and friendly service in a warm inviting environment.

After 18 years in the café industry you would certainly have seen your fair share of changes. But one thing never changes and that is to be a successful café you will need to provide good food that looks great and friendly service in a warm inviting environment.

This is what the Coffee Cat group of cafes has in abundance. And Amouna the owner is very proud of the fact that she is continuing in the family tradition – it is what her parents do, what her Grandparents did and even her aunties, uncles and cousins do.

The latest Coffee Cat in Carrum is the 3rd site so far and it is very impressive with its clean lines and smooth contours.  Combine this with Amouna’s belief that the satisfaction of providing good service to appreciating customers is what drives their success.

“Customers are more educated these days and thanks to all the cooking shows on TV everyone has become a critic, so we impress them by ticking all the boxes, with food that looks great, tastes great, and a warm inviting atmosphere to enjoy it in. With an abundances of good quality cafes already if you are a stand out, and provide product and service above the rest, then the customers come, and more importantly come back over and over again.”

This same approach to business is what Amouna was looking for in an equipment supplier and was certainly glad that she found Diana from DHT Solutions. “Diana has provided the equipment or the last few fit outs, she is hands on and provides products which are good value for money”.

Amouna has used Williams on all of her Coffee Cats and she explains the reason Diana supplied Williams is that first and foremost it is because practically all of the items are Australian made. The parts are very easy to get and service is from a real company. And I LOOOVE the pull out cassette for cleaning on the Banksia cabinet!
